Need to Know

Here are some of the most commonly asked questions I’ve received regarding fitness training and my work. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long will it take before I see results?

Generally, it takes about 8-12 weeks before you begin to "see" results. What types of results you "see" is very individual and will also depend on your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, and what your goals are. 

Do you provide meal plans?

Although I do not provide meal plans, I am very knowledgeable in regards to nutrition. I provide daily and weekly caloric goals along with macros and advice on how to regulate and manage your diet.

How long does a session last?

Sessions are 1 hour long.

What happens if I am late for a session?

I ask all my clients to please let me know if they are running late to a session. I am not obligated to make up time due to lateness. If client does not inform of their lateness after 30 minutes, it will constitute a late cancellation and client will be charged fully for the session.

What if i cancel a session?

I required my clients to notify me 24 hours in advance for any cancellations and/or reschedule. Failure to show for a scheduled training session or who cancel an appointment with no advance notice will be charged for that appointment or deducted a session from their personal training package.
